It’s time to dive deep into Mindful May at TriPilates!  We kick it off with World Pilates Day Celebration! 

Join us this month as we explore the essence of Pilates with our theme centered around the Pilates Principles. Starting with the ‘3 C’s’ – Control, Concentration, & Centering – we’ll guide you through sessions that’ll leave you feeling empowered and connected while embracing your Core Connection!

Every lesson or class we teach or practice ourselves will intentionally focus on one of the Pilates Principles. A few of the others include  BREATH, PRECISION, FLOW  – look forward to learning more about how this affects your practice no matter WHICH apparatus you are on.  It it just may make the difference in self-awareness as you walk out the door into your life!
