TriPilates is thrilled to celebrate the holiday season of good health and happiness with you, the results of a consistent Pilates practice! A heartfelt thank you for the laughter and joy you bring to the studio, whether you are new or not so new to a Pilates practice. Now is a perfect time to review progress, set intentional goals for the new season ahead, and to reconnect to your movement potential. It got me thinking about this quote:
Therefore, when all your muscles are properly developed you will, as a matter of course, perform your work with minimum effort and maximum pleasure. – Joe Pilates.
People ask me all the time where I get my energy – besides inheriting a bit of my Mom’s (ha!) it has to be Pilates! It allows me to teach and share my experience for many hours at a time, bring my able body to many enjoyable activities (swimming, rollerblading, skiing) and make time for friends and family AND a second business that I LOVE. What comes from the heart, reaches the heart – and it is truly what we share at TriPilates. Our theme this year has been FREEDOM IN MOVEMENT AND IN LIFE and has been the thread in all our classes and events. When I considered adding MORE to my already full life of being a stay at home Mom of four young children to be a Pilates studio entrepreneur, then add on MORE to be a Rodan + Fields brand ambassador, my criteria were definite:
Be in health and wellness field
Make my own hours
Serve others
BOTH my businesses meet these intentions! What fuels us forward into the new year are our core values and connections to ourselves, our loved ones, and to our community and the world at large. As we move into the holidays and new year, may we do it with minimum effort and maximum pleasure, as Joe Pilates says! We are SO grateful to our students, customers and friends today and always. My wish for you this holiday season is to find purpose and meaning in what you do. When we feel connected to our authenticity, life is JOY!
