My heart is full as we enter into the holiday season! What a blessing that you are all a part of a Pilates journey and that we have crossed paths. It’s been an incredible year! We are SO excited to welcome new students to our beautiful studio, and to bring you our very best each and time you walk in the door.
THAT is what makes TriPilates so special – that you keep coming and know that you’ll be able to think about, see, or feel something new! So many people thanked ME last night but it is YOU, it is all about YOU coming that makes our beautiful studio what it is. Our celebration was a perfect example! Our theme this year has been “DO WHAT YOU LOVE!” and certainly I can say that teaching YOU has and will continue to FILL MY HEART! Thank you for your business & commitment to TriPilates!
Pilates is a journey and wherever it takes you this holiday season, my wish is that you use your practice to stay healthy and happy. From the very moment I learned about how Pilates felt in my own body, I knew it is MORE than just exercise. I spent hours pouring through Return the Life finding the little parts of the reading that describe the essence of SPIRIT. THAT is “it” for me – it’s the breath, the energy, the sensation of movement in my every day life. NEVER stop growing, moving.
“With body, mind, and spirit functioning perfectly as a coordinated whole, what else could reasonably be expected other than an active, alert, disciplined person?” Or “The acquirement and enjoyment of physical well being, mental calm, and spiritual peace are priceless to their possessors.” Or “Contrology..that unique trinity of a balanced body, mind, and spirit.” Or “Contrology is complete coordination of body, mind, and spirit.” From the very start of my own journey, and when my heart told me to share this gift to others, my vision was to help people connect to this “3-part” or “Tri-angle.” So far, looking around our studio everyday, this is indeed what I see – people connecting to a part of themselves and then walking out the door to share this energy in their life.
What’s ahead?
Move. Learn to move well. Keep moving!
Got pains/injuries? (this doesn’t necessarily mean physical) My hope has been to empower you to know what to do in any situation to find healing – whether it’s physical, emotional, or yes, spiritual. It has nothing to do with religion but everything to do with love. Learn to love yourself and bring that to others this holiday season.
Love is the only answer – and movement in that direction is the only way to go. So as 2018 approaches, be on the watch for this movement.
