Settled into a Summer schedule? Summer has YET to begin. Next week, in fact, is the LONGEST day of the year. There is so much energy all around us! Did you see that full “strong sun” moon last weekend feel it’s ensuing sudden heat (who doesn’t)? What are you doing with it? I know what SOME people are doing!
We are truly blessed by ALL of the new students coming in to to give Pilates a “try.” Welcome to YOU and welcome BACK to everyone who WANTS to come back, just starting back again, or THINKING about it. (yeah, you.)
No matter whether you have been doing cardio barre, tennis, golf, running, lifting or even NOTHING, you are welcome back anytime. Our private studio is PROUD to announce we have secured our space for another FIVE YEARS! Thank you to Park Ridge and so many of the surrounding suburbs (students come from Highland Park, Niles, Skokie, Des Plaines, Arlington Heights, Norridge, Harwood Heights, Palatine, and more)….thank you for helping TriPilates bloom and GROW! We are here to help you to do the same… in the Pilates journey you are meant to have. We find it is SO much more than just exercise! Let’s start with that love and dedication you have given, are giving, and will give to our studio.
BLOOM! Summer is truly a time to take your movement to it’s highest potential (or is that deepest, lowest). I challenged myself last week with a hike up 10,600 ft (would have gone more but thunder was rolling in, scared me on the glacier!). Perhaps your challenge this Summer is staying balanced in your tennis or golf game, getting moving again after an injury, reconnecting to deeper core muscles, learning Pilates for the FIRST time… or do tell? What is it?
